Countries of delivery 🚚

We deliver to the following countries: Metropolitan France including Corsica, Monaco, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Greece, Ireland, Switzerland and Canada.

We also deliver to the following overseas departments and territories: Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Reunion, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna, French Southern and Antarctic Territories.

If possible, we offer at least 2 delivery methods per country: delivery to your home or to the address of your choice and delivery to a pickup point.

For pickup deliveries, you can choose your pickup point at the time of payment. We are sure you will find one near you 😉

🇫🇷 Metropolitan France including Corsica	Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout according to the weight of the parcel.	Delivery costs depend on the weight of the parcel. They will be indicated at the checkout.	Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout according to the weight of the package. To give you an idea, the costs are 7,86€ for the birth sleeping bag and 8,94€ for the upgradeable sleeping bag. Free delivery or orders over 200€ 😃

🇧🇪 Belgium 🇱🇺 Luxembourg	Delivery costs are calculated at checkout according to the weight of the parcel.	You can opt for Chronopost or Mondial Relay. Delivery costs are calculated at the time of payment according to the weight of your purchases. To give you an idea, for the birth sleeping bag, the costs are 9,14€ via Mondial Relay and 13,28€ via Chronopost.

For the countries below, delivery will be made to your home or to the address of your choice. The costs are calculated automatically at the time of payment according to the weight of your purchases. As an indication, here are the estimated prices for the birth sleeping bag:

NB : we cannot ship to these countries for packages over 2kg.

Delivery time

The delivery times can be broken down into two parts: preparation time and shipping time.

Concerning the preparation time, we commit ourselves to prepare your order in 12 to 96 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

The shipping time then depends on the carrier. Here are the estimated times by carrier:

• Mondial Relay - pickup : 4 days
• Mondial Relay  - home delivery : 3 days
• Chronopost Shop2shop - pickup : 3 days
• Colissimo - home delivery : 48h
• Chronopost - home delivery : 3 days
• Delivengo for Switzerland : 3 to 5 days
• Delivengo for Canada : 6 days

Returns

Returns are free of charge in all countries. We reserve the right to choose the carrier. Depending on the carrier, the parcel will be delivered to a drop-off point or to the post office.

Customs fees

Please note that for residents outside the European Union, customs fees are payable by the Customer (an invoice will be given to the customs authorities). Customs fees include a handling fee (usually between 10 and 25 euros), a customs duty (usually between 0 and 20%) and the VAT of the destination country.
